Does Google Adwords front you money after your deposit?

Does Google Adwords front you money after your deposit? If so how much does it cost to open and how much do they front you? I've looked but do not see it.

I know adcenter is $5 to open with a front of $50

Google is the only ppc advertiser that doesn't always have a 'bonus' money special going on. If you find and adwords qualified professional they have a bonus code that you can use for a 'free $25-$50', but I think they only have a limited amount of these per month…
