   I agree with you regularperson46, this film exploits Daniel Johnston’s suffering while using it as a tool to justify some people’s cowardly approaches to global politics. From the very beginning the movie opens with a marginizing and scapegoaty statement; the name of the producing group which is “This is That”, later they even have this poor tormented soul feed goats???. The Devil is true and it shrivells you both mentally and phisically, many ers with reach use it to reduce people mercyless

    Marsboy has some good vids here or just google it.Ive experienced it, and its a growing evil they are trying to cover up. I am a good hearted humanist with a number of creative talents, with the harassment and blacklisting its unlikely i will ever do much with my gifts, much less even have the basic human rights most ppl take for granted.They gaslight,invade privacy,the list goes on.If no one starts taking a stand this world will be completely under psychopathic rule.Knowledge is a first step.

    I agree that his baring himself like that, with limited technical skill is part of the appeal. You can sense his torment is realer than most ‘artists’ of today. Even after listening to more songs of his, only a handful id listen to again. Some of his drawings are very good. Anyone who truly appreciates DJ, for his innocent artistry, who isnt some posuer just trying to fit in or be ‘cool’. You should educate yourself gangstalking/organized stalking.

    true,they reduced some barbaric acts and given patients more rights…but these days they harass the clients psychologically, and overmedicate. no one gives a , the whole system is screwed. sometimes patients are singled out for mobbing and abuse like a preschool. often orderlies are abusive and have little training…its screwed- dont believe the smoke and mirrors. and never blow the whistle if they violate ethics,which is common, its hard to prove and they may blacklist you.
