What kind of money would an average sized advertising agency generate?

And if there are any specifics, which i assume there are, just fill them in with your imagination and give me an estimate. Your made-up specifics will help me personalize my question and narrow it down when i ask it again.

Also: What would the CEO of an advertising agency be making?

3- 5 million gross with 1/4 for expindetures, 1/4 for salaries and office space so half would be net profits. no ceo for average sized firm. agency manager would net about 2- 300,000.00 though………………
